You're responsible for the operational payroll support of the department. You work closely together with the HR Business Partners, and make sure the payroll is proactively executed. In your role you will drive the operational actions, such as payroll & HRIS systems, reporting, communication, payroll mutations and administration. Also, you're in the lead to manage the budget process.
The HR Manager of ouw client works together with the Head of HR, based in Luxembourg, covering the overall HR matters for all the relevant locations (Amsterdam, Luxembourg, London). The role of the HR Manager is a generalist hands-on HR role with a great variety of tasks.
Als HR Business Partner ben je, in nauwe samenwerking met je collega, verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en strategische HR-ondersteuning. Samen fungeren jullie als sparringpartners voor de directie, leidinggevenden en medewerkers op de drie locaties in Aalsmeer (HQ), Zwaagdijk en Maasbracht. Vaste werklocatie is Aalsmeer, de andere (productie)locaties bezoek je 1 of 2x per maand.
This role has both tactical and operational elements in a dynamic environment. As they operate in a unionized environment with Collective Labor Agreements and works councils, you have to deal with a diverse group of employees in different levels. You will work closely with operations, commercial and corporate support teams based on the two locations.
