    You are responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice to the management in the South region. You work closely with managers to develop and implement HR initiatives that contribute to organizational goals. As a trusted HR expert and advisor on personnel policy, labor relations, and organizational development, you frequently visit your 25 stores to make an impact with your insights and advice.
