We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Interim Commercieel Directeur om een transformatie- en groeistrategie te leiden binnen een ambitieuze organisatie.

Vanuit hun standplaats in Zuid-Holland, ben je als Finance Director verantwoordelijk voor Nederlandse entiteiten die binnen de Europese holding vallen. In deze rol ben je financieel eindverantwoordelijk voor 3 entiteiten en de rechterhand van de CEO. Je geeft leiding aan een financieel team van 9fte waarvan 3 direct report en rapporteert direct aan het Europese hoofdkantoor.

The HSE project manager will provide leadership, professional knowledge and technical expertise in the administration and support of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulatory compliance, permitting, policy and program development and training to multiple supply chain facilities. Specific emphasis will be placed on developing and driving programs that continuously improve employee safety performance in the regions to world class standards.

Developing and implementing regional and local EHS management systems and maintenance of applicable certifications of such systems. Involving people and the organization to coach them effectively (during changes) for a positive safety result.

Je voert een betrouwbare, tijdige en accurate financiële administratie voor vijf juridische entiteiten en geeft daarbij leiding aan de financiële administratie van 3fte. Daarnaast fungeer je als sparring partner voor de Financieel Directeur en overige directieleden.

As an Interim GL Accountant, you will be responsible for balance sheet reconciliations, VAT filings, payroll processing, and intercompany transactions, ensuring smooth financial administration in the Health and Safety industry.

As a Business Controller, you will manage treasury activities, financial controls, reporting, and analyses to provide strategic insights for the board and organisation. You will work closely with the CFO and finance team, overseeing cash management, compliance, financial administration, and process improvements while maintaining key internal and external relationships.

Als Business Controller ondersteun je de commerciële organisatie met o.a. financiële analyses en rapportages. Je bent volledig P&L-verantwoordelijk voor de B2B-activiteiten, coördineert de maandafsluiting, budgetten en forecasts, en bent de rechterhand van de CFO. Door processen te optimaliseren en rapportages te automatiseren, draag je bij aan de groei en professionalisering van team Finance en het behalen van strategische/commerciële doelen.
